ARS 2027 International Conference

November 7-12, 2027 | San Diego, California, USA

ARS 2027 will feature an outstanding, forward-looking scientific program reflecting the full breadth and rapid evolution of the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase field. Over five days, the meeting will bring together internationally recognized leaders and emerging investigators for in-depth discussions spanning fundamental mechanisms, technological innovation, and biomedical impact.

The program bridges classical and emerging areas of ARS research, including tRNA biology and modification, translational fidelity and quality control, synthetic and engineered translation systems, ARS evolution, and mitochondrial and cytosolic ARS function. Several sessions will address the expanding roles of ARSs in cell signaling, genetic and degenerative diseases, and therapeutic development, underscoring the field’s growing relevance to human health.

The meeting will include keynote lectures, invited talks, and selected presentations from submitted abstracts, with strong emphasis on junior investigators. Two poster sessions, each paired with plenary flash talks, are designed to maximize visibility, discussion, and cross-disciplinary interaction.

Together, the ARS 2027 scientific program is designed to foster deep mechanistic insight, promote conceptual integration across subfields, and support both established leaders and the next generation of ARS researchers.
